By accessing our website, submitting a quote request, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website or services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are engaging our services on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Our Services

The Wallpaper Install LLC provides professional wallpaper installation, removal, and repair services for residential and commercial properties throughout South Florida's tri-county area. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion, modify or discontinue any service offering, and subcontract work to qualified professionals as needed.

3. Estimates, Quotes & Payment

Estimates

Estimates and quotes are based on information available at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions, wallpaper specifications, surface preparation requirements, or scope changes discovered upon arrival.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. We reserve the right to require a deposit prior to scheduling. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Materials

Unless otherwise agreed, the client is responsible for supplying wallpaper materials. We are not liable for defects, damage, or insufficient quantities in customer-supplied materials.

4. Scheduling & Cancellation

Scheduling

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We will make reasonable efforts to honor confirmed appointment times but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or factors beyond our control.

Cancellation by Client

We request a minimum of 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable for late cancellations.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and work to reschedule at the earliest mutually convenient time.

5. SMS & Text Message Terms

Program Description

The Wallpaper Install LLC uses SMS to communicate with clients regarding appointment scheduling, service confirmations, estimates, and follow-ups. This is a service-based messaging program; we do not send unsolicited bulk promotional messages.

Opt-In

By checking the SMS consent box on our contact form, texting us directly, or providing verbal consent, you agree to receive SMS messages from us at the phone number provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. You will receive one confirmation text. After opting out, no further marketing texts will be sent. Transactional messages related to an active appointment may still be sent.

Data Sharing

6. Property Access & Conditions

By scheduling service, you represent that you are the property owner or have legal authority to authorize work on the property. You agree to provide our team with safe, unobstructed access to work areas.

We are not liable for pre-existing wall damage or structural issues, damage caused by inadequate surface conditions or moisture, color or pattern variations inherent in the wallpaper product, or delays resulting from the client's failure to prepare the work area as directed. Any additional work beyond the original scope will be discussed and agreed upon before proceeding.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Wallpaper Install LLC and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, graphics, logos, and service descriptions — is the property of The Wallpaper Install LLC or used with permission, and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
